Mission Statement
The mission of the William S. Baer School Wholeness initiative is to inspire students with the most significant cognitive and physical disabilities to become active communicators; who are engaged, safe and supported. Where all administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals and staff are fully equipped to foster the well-being of our community to meet all student’s academic, social, emotional and physical needs. At Baer, we believe that collaborating behavior, sensory and communication to restorative practice and social emotional learning will assist the growth and development of our students
